"Chicken Breast Italiano" - cooking recipe

2 whole chicken breasts, halved
1/2 c. bottled Italian dressing
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Wash chicken and pat dry.
Place in shallow bowl.
Pour dressing over chicken.
Coat well, cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Combine remaining ingredients except oil. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Fry chicken, turning once about 30 minutes until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel and enjoy.
Can be doubled for large group.
