Ritz Cracker Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    20 Ritz crackers
    Cool Whip
    strawberries
Preparation
    Whip 3 egg whites with baking powder until almost stiff. Slowly add sugar and beat until peaks.
    Fold in pecans and Ritz. Bake in greased pie pan for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool.
    At serving time put on strawberries and Cool Whip.
    Serves 6.
