Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix flour, sugar, potatoes and shortening together and add milk.
Mix well.
Roll and cut as regular biscuits.
Bake in moderate oven at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Butter while hot and serve at once.
