Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cut rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. raspberry Jell-O
3 c. miniature marshmallows
1 yellow cake mix
Preparation

Mix cake mix according to directions.
Mix and put rhubarb, sugar, Jell-O and marshmallows in greased large baking pan or 2 smaller ones.
Pour cake batter over rhubarb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, a little longer than specified on cake mix.
