Lemon Broccoli Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lemon
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped broccoli
1 can Campbell's cream of broccoli soup
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preparation

Cut 4 thin lemon slices and set aside.
Squeeze juice from the remaining lemon and set aside.
In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil; add chicken and brown.
Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
In skillet, combine soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper.
Add broccoli and heat to boil.
Return chicken to skillet and top with lemon slices.
Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Serve with rice.
