Corn Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt and pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper for batter.
    Add until you get a good smooth thick batter.
    Add corn.
    Pour on griddle and fry until golden brown.
