Beaumont Inn'S Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 level Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 rounded tsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 c. white whole-kernel corn, drained or fresh corn, cut off cob
    4 eggs
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Stir flour, salt, sugar and butter into corn.
    Beat eggs well. Pour into milk, then stir into corn mixture.
    Pour into a 2-quart, greased casserole.
    Bake in 400\u00b0
    oven for 40 to 45 minutes, stirring vigorously with a long-tined cooking fork 3 times about 10 minutes apart.
    Makes 8 servings.
