Strawberry Angel Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) angel food cake
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 c. whipping cream
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    fresh strawberries (for garnish)
Preparation
    Split cake horizontally into 3 layers.
    Drain strawberries and combine juice with gelatin.
    Let stand 1 minute.
    Add sugar and lemon juice.
    Microcook 2 minutes until sugar and gelatin are dissolved.
    Refrigerate for 25 minutes.
    Combine gelatin mixture, strawberries and vanilla.
    Beat at high speed of electric mixer until light and frothy.
    Whip cream and fold into strawberry mixture.
    Blend well.
