Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. fat
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 lb. sausage
3 slices bread, crust removed
1/2 c. milk or water
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown onion in fat (1 tablespoon).
Mix onion, meats, bread, milk, egg, salt and pepper; mix with hands.
Form into balls. Brown meat balls in same pan to keep balls round.
Remove to hot platter and keep hot.
