Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium yellow squash
    7 crumbled crackers
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small, chopped onion
    1 small bell pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; drain.
    Add crackers.
    Melt margarine in skillet and saute onion and bell pepper.
    Add eggs, milk and cheese.
    Mix all together and place in greased casserole dish.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    May be frozen.
