Heavenly Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. heavy cream
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (15 oz.) can juice packed crushed pineapple
1 (8-inch) no bake crumb crust
Preparation

Whip the cream until stiff.
Refrigerate.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Beat together cream cheese, pudding mix and reserved juice until smooth.
Gently fold
pineapple and whipped cream into pudding.
Spoon filling into pie crust and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from freezer to soften 1 hour before serving.
