Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
4 c. sliced apples
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In medium bowl, beat egg slightly.
Add sugar, sour cream, flour, vanilla and salt.
Mix well.
Add apples and stir until well blended.
Turn into unbaked shell.
Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
