Eggs Al Agua(Boiled Eggs) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium or large eggs
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Pour water into medium size pot.
Heat to boiling.
Place eggs in water, being careful not to burn hands.
Look at clock.
Five to 7 minutes later (that's why you looked at the clock), vary time according to desired doneness, remove eggs from the water, once again being careful not to burn hands.
Place eggs somewhere they will not roll away.
Caution:
Eggs should not be eaten in this state.
If needed, ask for assistance in peeling them first.
