Apricot Cheese Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can apricots, drained and chopped
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 pkg. orange Jell-O (small size)
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. apricot juice
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Keep apricot and pineapple juice separated.
    Chill fruit. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Add apricot juice and cool.
    Fold in fruit and marshmallows.
    Chill until firm.
    Add topping.
