Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients with 2 knives.
    Mix vinegar, egg and water together.
    Add flour mixture.
    Stir until moistened.
    Roll into shape and line 9-inch aluminum pans; freeze until needed. Makes 4 crusts.
