Medium White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt the margarine in a pan.
    Stir in the flour; mix until smooth.
    Slowly pour in the milk, stirring until sauce is thickened.
    Add the salt.
    After this has thickened, continue cooking on low to medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.
