Jiffy Hollandaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Cook and stir over low heat until heated through.
Makes 1 cup of sauce.
Very good and easy to make.
Great for Eggs Benedict.
