Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. Crisco
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream the butter and Crisco.
Add both sugars and eggs; beat well.
Add flour, cream of tartar and soda; stir well.
Add vanilla.
Roll into balls and roll in sugar.
Press with glass bottom, dipped in sugar, after placing on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
