Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Combine egg, milk and oil.
Add to flour mixture, stirring with a fork only until combined.
Drop dough from tablespoon directly in bubbly chicken or beef broth.
Return to boiling.
Cover tightly. Reduce heat.
Simmer 12 to 15 minutes.
