Barbecued Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) arm or blade roast
    meat tenderizer
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    dash of basil
    dash of oregano
    dash of crushed thyme
Preparation
    Prepare meat with tenderizer according to label directions. Place in Dutch oven.
    Pour mixture of remaining ingredients over roast.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender.
    Make gravy from pan drippings.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
