Cathedral Window Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Nestle semi-sweet chocolate bits
    1 stick margarine
    1 bag miniature colored marshmallows
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Melt chocolate bits and margarine in a saucepan.
    Cool.
    When it is cool enough so as not to melt marshmallows, add marshmallows and mix until well coated.
    Tear 2 pieces of wax paper 20 inches long.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut along the length of the paper. Pour 1/2 mixture over the coconut and 1/2 cup coconut on the top. Shape into a log, roll in wax paper.
    This makes 2 logs.
    Chill for 14 hours, then slice.
