Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. salad oil
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. pumpkin (1 can for 1 pie)
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar in liquid with eggs.
    Add dry ingredients, raisins and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Yields 3 small loaves or 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan makes 2 loaves.
