Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. warm water, stirred into yeast
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
    Add buttermilk and yeast to dry mixture.
    Mix well; add more flour as needed.
    Roll out to 2/3-inch and cut with small biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown.
    Dough can be placed in refrigerator, covered, and used as needed or can freeze biscuits and use as needed.
