Yam Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 sweet potatoes
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 bag coconut
1 c. sugar
marshmallows
Preparation

Cook, drain and mash sweet potatoes.
Add sugar and crushed pineapple which has been drained.
Get large marshmallows and cover with the potato mixture.
Roll them in coconut and place in buttered baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes until coconut is toasted and the marshmallows burst open.
