Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. corn bread mix
1 stalk celery, chopped
poultry seasoning
3 eggs, boiled
6 slices toasted bread, crumbled
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 onions, chopped
sage to taste
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. gizzards, boiled and chopped (reserve broth)
1 stick margarine, melted

Preparation

Saute onions, celery and bell peppers in margarine until tender.
Add chopped gizzards.
