Schnitzel Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices boneless pork loins, sliced thin
    2 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    oil
Preparation
    Pound the pork loins until they are thin.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Roll pork loins in flour until coated good on both sides. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
    Drain and serve.
    Serves 3 to 6.
