Broiled Shrimp Wrapped In Bacon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon
16 extra jumbo raw shrimp, shelled (except for tails) and deveined
Preparation

Soak 8 bamboo skewers in water to cover for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook bacon in a wide frying pan over medium heat until some of the fat has cooked out and bacon begins to brown (bacon should not be crisp).
Drain and then cut each slice in half, lengthwise.
Wrap one bacon half slice around each shrimp.
