Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Trim steak; wipe with a damp paper towel.
Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Pound into steak on both sides.
Brown meat.
Place vegetables and tomato sauce on meat.
Simmer slowly about 1 1/2 hours.
