Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rhubarb, chopped fine
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 deep dish pie shell
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and sugar together.
Mix eggs and melted butter together.
Then mix all ingredients together, except rhubarb.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle rhubarb over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in center of oven until brown.
Insert knife in center.
If knife comes out clean, it's ready.
Pie is done approximately 45 to 55 minutes.
