Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) orange or lime jello
1 lb. cottage cheese (lo-cal)
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, thoroughly drained
1 small can coconut or 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

Sprinkle jello over cottage cheese; fold in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
Garnish with mandarin oranges, if desired.
