Glorified Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 nice meaty pork chop for each serving
    1 heaping Tbsp. uncooked rice for each chop
    1 slice tomato for each chop
    1 slice onion for each chop
    flour
    oil
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Dredge pork chops with flour.
    Brown chops in oil.
    Place on each chop, 1 tablespoon rice, 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of onion.
    Place in covered pan.
    Slowly add boiling water.
    Cover and place in oven.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until tender.
    A tasty one dish meal when accompanied by your favorite salad.
