Broccoli Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 c. milk
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 large egg
    8 lasagne noodles (8 oz. uncooked)
    1/3 can ripe olives, drained and sliced
    2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
    paprika
Preparation
    Place broccoli boxes on paper towel.
    Microwave on High (9 minutes), turning once.
    Drain and squeeze out moisture.
    Discard liquid.
    In a 1-quart mixing bowl, microwave margarine for 1 minute on High.
    Whisk in flour until smooth and onion powder; whisk in milk.
    Microwave on High 6 minutes, whisking midway.
    Whisk and add Cheddar cheese until melted.
    Blend in broccoli.
    Set aside.
