Yankee Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium onions, sliced thin
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper; pound into steak.
    Brown steak in oil.
    Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish; cover with onions. Combine tomato sauce and garlic powder.
    Pour over meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
