Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 white onion, chopped
    2 cans tomato sauce water
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 bunch green onion
    2 cans tomato sauce
    crawfish meat
Preparation
    Melt butter and flour together until golden brown.
    Add bell pepper, green onion and onion to browned mixture; simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add tomato sauce and two cans of water and salt and pepper.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add meat and cook until tender.
