Fat-Free Fruit Smoothies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh strawberries
    1 small banana
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 to 2 c. crushed ice and water
    4 large fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour equally into 4 glasses.
    Cut a strawberry partially in half (leaving the top intact) and wedge onto side of the glass.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
    Other fruits may be used instead of strawberries.
