Speedy Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 large eggs
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine crumbs and 3 tablespoons butter.
    Press into buttered 8-inch pie plate, building up sides.
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Blend in 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and dash of salt.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Combine dairy sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
    Spoon over top of pie and bake 10 minutes longer.
    Cool; chill several hours.
    Serve with fresh or frozen fruit if desired.
    Makes 8 servings.
