Christmas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chopped (unpeeled, red) apples
    1 #2 can crushed or small tidbits pineapple (drain, reserve juice)
    1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    pineapple juice (reserved from pineapple)
    juice from one lemon
    dash of salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine apples, drained pineapple and marshmallows. Set aside. Cook the remaining ingredients, include the reserved pineapple juice, until thick. Allow the mixture to cool and pour over fruit. Do not mix. Top with coconut.
