Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1 lb. (2 medium) yams or sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    1/4 c. orange flavored liquid or 2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large mixer bowl, mash yams with margarine.
    Add remaining ingredients, except pastry shell and eggs.
    Beat until mixture is smooth and well blended.
    Stir in eggs.
    Pour into prepared pastry shell.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
