Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed pumpkin
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg (large)
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. canned milk (evaporated milk)
Preparation

Combine pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon and egg and beat well.
Add both milks and beat.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
