Hot Dog Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. hot dogs
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 small can green chilies
    1 small pkg. wide egg noodles
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 flour tortillas
    Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice and lightly brown hot dogs in frypan.
    Add tomato sauce, green chilies, water, salt and pepper.
    Stir well.
    Add noodles. Slice cheese and lay over entire hot dog-noodle mixture.
    Tear tortillas into pieces and place on top, covering well.
    Place lid on top and cook on low for 20 minutes.
