Beef Burgundy(All Cooking Is Done In The Oven) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew meat
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    4 oz. can mushrooms (optional)
    1 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Mix all together, except the wine.
    Put in casserole that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours; at the end of 2 hours, add the wine.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
    Serves 8 to 10.
