Oven Pan Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
    6 to 7 potatoes, quartered (medium size)
    4 to 5 carrots, cut up
    3 medium onions, cut up
    3 c. bread, broken up
    1 medium size can or more tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients together and season.
    Do not add any water as it will make its own juice.
    Cook in a moderately hot oven (about 325\u00b0) for 3 hours or until the meat is done.
    Stir once in awhile to keep from sticking.
