Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Prepare pie shell.
    Beat eggs slightly with hand beater.
    Beat in remaining ingredients.
    Pour filling in pie shell.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0. Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes longer.
    Refrigerate any remaining pie immediately.
