Pineapple And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated cheese
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 cans chunk pineapple, drained and save juice
    1 stick butter
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Mix flour and pineapple juice together.
    Drain pineapple; save juice.
    Melt butter.
    Pour into mixture.
    Add sugar, pineapple and cheese.
    Mix well together.
    Pour into baking dish; crumble crackers on top of mixture and pour a small amount of butter on top of crackers.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until middle is done. Thinner it is, the less time it will take.
