Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. vegetables (a combination of yellow squash, zucchini and cauliflower or any of them alone)
    1 medium onion, chopped
    8 oz. container sour cream
    1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation
    Mix in casserole dish.
    Combine stuffing mix with melted butter or oleo and sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
