Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. white Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. saltine crackers
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook zucchini in boiling water until tender.
    Drain, then mash in a large bowl.
    Add the cheese, egg, crackers, and butter.
    Mix well.
    Add nutmeg.
    Transfer to an ovenproof dish and bake until mixture thickens, approximately 1/2 hour.
    Test with a bread knife, if it comes out fairly dry, the dish is done.
