Chipped Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 c. dried minced onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 tsp. Texas Pete
Preparation
    Place cream cheese in bowl. Microwave 1 minute. Stir in milk, sour cream, onion, garlic powder, pepper, green peppers and beef. Mix well. Melt butter. Stir in pecans and Texas Pete. Mix well and serve on crackers as dip.
