Chocolate Coconut Dips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. coconut
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
2/3 c. light corn syrup
Preparation

Mix water, syrup and sugar in saucepan.
Boil to soft ball stage and add the coconut.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. When coconut is cool, over hot water, melt chocolate.
Dip the coconut into the chocolate.
Allow to cool well on wax paper.
