Chicken And Rice Casserole(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 split, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. mushroom soup
1 chicken bouillon cube, cut up
1 c. brown and wild rice, mixed (can use all brown), uncooked
2 1/4 c. skimmed milk
salt and pepper
garlic powder
Preparation

Broil chicken breasts in salt, pepper and garlic powder until slightly brown.
Mix together mushroom soup, bouillon cube, uncooked rice and milk in bowl.
Pour rice mixture into casserole dish (have it large enough as rice will expand).
Top with chicken breasts and bake, covered, in 375\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
