Tabouli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dry bulghar wheat
2 1/2 c. boiling water or 1 small box tabouli
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
3 to 4 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 c. sliced black olives
3/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes, packed in olive oil, cut and drain
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar plus 4 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil and 2 Tbsp. Italian parsley
fresh ground pepper
salt to taste
Preparation

Combine bulghar and boiling water in a bowl.
Cover and let stand until bulghar is soft, about 1/2 hour.
